Then went to gym. Seriously, school gym is good gym with heavy weight. But what i can see is that my strength is dropping because firstly is the surrounding;not familiar and secondly is the people. Really irritating and got no manner and etiquette. Not trying to be a bitch in complaining. But seriously, what i did is incline chest dumbbells, chest press machine, fly machine and tripe pull-down. What kind of workout is that. Not even intensive. I still prefer Tampines Gym. Ya, even though the weight is light. My workout will be a blast out of the world routine.

Must find back my mojo of training. I seen an 18 year old do 50kg dumbbells. Not jealous just wondering why am i not doing it. Why can't i do that? Must really do some mojo-searching. Haha.
